The Frog Drum G Mystic lives up to its name. It has a mystical and ethereal sound, and spans a wide range of low and high pitched tones.

The Frog Drum G Mystic is a slightly altered, 10-note version of the hexatonic Mystic scale. It still omits the perfect fourth note of the natural minor scale, but shifts the minor sixth up an octave, and duplicates the minor seventh in the lower half of the scale. This actually makes this version more similar to the Celtic Minor scale (the first 5 notes are exactly the same), but with more tension in the top half of the scale, omitting the fourth rather than the sixth omitted in the Celtic scale.

An excellent scale for beginners the G Mystic pairs well with the G Pentatonic Minor Frog Drums, and its deep tones are great for enveloping sound as well as yoga and meditation implementations.
