The Frog Drum B Arabian Night sounds like a magic carpet ride over the Middle East. It is mysterious and alluring, with a great amount of tension in the sounds it creates.

The B Arabian Night is based on one of the many scales often called Hijaz in the handpan world. It is the Arabic F# Double Harmonic Minor scale or B Hungarian Minor scale, and provides an entirely different sound from the majority of the other Rav Vast scales. It has 7 distinct notes, with only the aforementioned B and F# repeated in octaves. Eight of the notes are arranged in half-step pairs, making this a great scale for building tension, but also an advanced scale to master.

The B Arabian Night is a very special scale well suited for experienced players or anyone interested in exploring different sounds and moods, stemming from different musical cultures. It is also excellent for meditative play and sound healing applications.
