The Frog Drum B Hijaz is based on one of the many scales often called Hijaz in the handpan world. This particular version is sometimes called the Bhinna Scale, and is an E Harmonic Minor scale without its lowest E3 note. Unlike the similar-sounding B Arabian Night, this is a hexatonic scale (rather than diatonic) that has less dissonance built into the arrangement, making it easier to play without striking a "wrong" note. It is also a 10-note drum, containing a triplet of B notes from the second to the fourth octave.
