All sales are final. Lightseeker Sound Waves cannot accept returns.
The vast majority of instruments sold by Lightseeker Sound Waves will be shipped to U.S. addresses via international shipping from the manufacturers. Frog Drum delivery is expected in 5-7 business days. Art Quint delivery is expected in 10-14 business days.
Some instruments will ship from Lightseeker Sound Waves in the USA via UPS or FedEx, and will arrive in 2-6 business days.
Customers are required to have a physical address, per the rules set forth by our couriers. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
